But Still A long Way to Go Sam Heughan Confirms

Outlander Season 8

The first season of hit television series “Outlander” will always be the favorite season of fans. From that point onwards, fans could not stop watching it. First, there was so much of action, then it passed to suspense, sex on the television gifted with the history and Scotland; fans did not take their eyes away.

The casting was superb. Sam Heughan (currently 44 years) was 33 when he joined the cast. Meanwhile Caitriona Balfe was 34 when she was selected for the casting of the series just two weeks prior to filming. “The first episode it was really interesting because we hadn’t actually spent a lot of time together” Caitriona Balfe recalls her first memory with Sam Heughan with Outlander Starz. Sam and Cait have certainly got a lot of memory and history. One fan who is very much watching the series since the beginning added her view “They are literally best friends forever. It’s also the best show I’ve ever seen! You’ve got everything from drama, love, action, love has it all” Sam and Cait didn’t know each other well until their first meetup at the auditioning.

Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe complement each other’s acting skills. The support and maturity shown by Sam Heughan when they filming intimate scenes are highly appreciated by Cait. “it bound us together” Sam Heughan said in the interview. Cait adds “it really did”. It is understandable that It’s going to be hard to do love scenes and convey the emotions needed for every moment. It was a great acting by both of them.

The filming of season one the scene of fireside in Castle Leoch and the bandaging scene in season 01 is where their relationship starts to grow. Filming of Outlander had not been easy under the Scottish weather. Sometimes they had to move into the studios and create fake horse rides in the fake rain.

Fans don’t want Outlander to end. Outlander by far has been one of the great series ever produced to keep fans together for more than a decades’ time. A fan penned, “Trying to hold back these tears. What an amazing journey.” Fans know what is to expect in coming seasons and looking forward to how it ends.

Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan join their favorite interviewer Josh Horowitz on YouTube to discuss Outlander’s memories and 10th anniversary. “Thank you to the fans because without them we wouldn’t be here” Cait says at the end. “But still a little way to go” Sam Heughan adds making fans to think about upcoming Season 7B and 8.

Sometimes Outlander is like a fuzzy blanket wrapped up with warmth, love and care. Agree?
