Bridgerton in his first installment itself has taken the world by storm since its inception in December 2020. The steamy period drama is one of Netflix’s biggest hits. An very optimistic fan on X (former Twitter) has expressed
“I have wanted Penelope and Colin’s season for so long I have not yet fully prepared myself for actually having to experience Bridgerton season 3 and survive it”
Fans couldn’t get enough of the previous season of Bridgerton. They expect more interesting story from upcoming installment as well. Netflix confirmed the Show will turn for two more seasons (three and four) in April 2021. In July 2022 Netflix dropped a delightful first look of season 3 featuring the entire cast.
In June 2023 Netflix shared with us of the first look photos of the cast. Colin and Penelope in particular of those shots we felt their passion and chemistry. Fans do know that they can’t wait to see their Love Story come to life.
What is to Expect from Bridgerton Season 3
This new season will mainly be focusing on Julia Quinn’s fourth Bridgerton book Romancing Mr. Bridgerton. The book tells the love story of Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton) and Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) Their friendship developed in past seasons but this time things are about to get seriously complicated. Penelope determines to let Colin to be her soulmate after what she overheard in the last season. She is working on to find a suitable partner who is able to provide her with the independence she needs to continue her double life as Lady Whistledown. We will not spoil you with our predictions of the season 3.
The favorite Cast to Reunite
Luke Newton is back again as Colin Bridgerton, Nicola Coughlan reprises her role as Penelope Featherington, the favorite cast including Luke Thompson, Jonathan Bailey and Claudia Jessie will return to our screens as well. Simone Ashley addition in season 2 made the show more fantastic. Fans are eager to see how her marriage with Anthony Bridgerton unfolds. Fans of Queen Charlotte will be delighted to know that the prequel storyline will be a part of season 3 that means we’ll see the captivating Golda Rosheuvel and Adjoa Andoh in action once again.
Airing Date for the Season 3
Release date of Bridgeton season 3 will follow the same procedure as of what Season 2 followed. The second season came out in March 2022. Season one was released in December 2020. Thus we are still nowhere near to Christmas release the season will be probably released on upcoming May 2024.
